Each new Client is assigned an ID# and asked to create a Password with their first order allowing them to log in and edit their AutoShip or place non-AutoShip orders through the Shopping section. Step-by-step instructions are listed below. This feature is convenient for the Client as they do not have to call Customer Service with their request and also allows Bionetworth to be financially more efficient by not having to hire numerous customer service personnel which translates to lower product costs as quality will not be compromised. Why after 14 years implement a referral incentive plan?
It makes perfect sense from a historical perspective. Over the years Bionetworth clients have inquired about receiving compensation for their referrals to subsidize their product purchases. Since a significant majority of BIONX clients have been referred with advertising proving to be inefficient, client's requests were granted in October of 2008 by setting aside what would normally be the advertising budget to be used for a referral incentive plan.

The referral incentive plan has proved to be a win win situation for both Bionetworth and it's clients. Bionetworth wins as referral compensation is only paid when product is purchased with clients interested in receiving referral compensation now able to subsidize their product purchases and as it has turned out, provide a means of generating significant residual incomes.

The referral incentive plan is as simple as referring two people.
The referral incentive plan was designed to be frictionless and rewarding by maximizing the advertising budget. Here's how it works.

You will notice when you log in and select GENEALOGY, you have two sides to your referral organization, a left and a right as pictured below. This configuration as you will see allows for your referral efforts to be maximized as it makes for the most efficient use of the advertising budget or the amount set aside for referral compensation.

Each month you order one of the products and have referred one person on your left side and one person on your right side that also order one of the products, you are eligible for compensation called the Binary Commission which pays you $15 per point of the entire side with the least amount of points whether you referred them or not. (Points are used due to multiple products and configurations and are listed below.)

To best illustrate the Binary Commission, pictured below is
the actual GENEALOGY section of a referring client. Letters have been
substituted for names.


Note that Person A has one person on the left, Person B and one person on the right, Person C. For illustration purposes let's say that Person A referred Person B but did not refer Person C as Person C was referred by someone above. Let's also say that Person A referred Person G. To qualify for the Binary Commission Person A had to place Person G on the right side as the requirement is to refer at least one person on the left which was Person B and one on the right thus Person G had to go on either side of Person C as that was the next spot available helping Person C should they be interested in referring two others.

Now for Binary Commission calculations. Located on the upper right of the GENEALOGY page you will see Downline Totals for Left and Right. The bottom line is the most important as it is the Total Accumulation of points for the left and right sides. Note that Person A has 1088 points on the left side and 128 points on the right side. Since 128 points is less than 1088 points, Person A's Binary Commission would be based on 128 points times $15 equals $1920.

As for the side that has the most points, the potential exists to be paid in the future on that as well as weak side points are subtracted from strong side points with the balance carried over to the next month as noted by "Previous Acc. Points" under Downline Totals. Thus if your weak side became your strong side, you would be paid on the strong side points that were carried over. Strong side points accrue for a given month as long as you have referred one person on each side that have ordered one of the products.

Monitoring you referral orders.
Since in addition to your personal order the requirement to receive monthly commissions is to have one person on both your right and left side also order, you can monitor your referral orders through MY OFFICE and go to Activity Report and select Current Period. It is important that you view your referrals as once commissions are processed on the 20th day of the following month no back dating of orders will be allowed thus Binary Commission not paid. Monthly orders can also be viewed through GENEALOGY, then select New Business Points and each persons ID# with corresponding order will appear.

Determining which side your referrals are placed on and how they order.
Determining which side your referrals are placed on is easily accomplished through the MY OFFICE section under LOCK YOUR LEG. Select Left and your referral will be placed on the left, select Right and they will be placed right when they use your personalized website to order that you receive with your initial order. It looks like www.bionetworth.net/yoururl When your contacts select your personalized website they will see the company website with the BIONX SUPERMODEL Brochure clearly presented in the upper right containing information on all Bionetworth products. It is helpful to also include the one page BIONX SUPERMODEL OVERVIEW at www.bionxsupermodel.com As previously mentioned when your contacts select ORDER they are automatically placed in your referral organization.

When Binary Commission is paid and explanation.
Are paid monthly on the 20th day of the following month for which they are due. Lesser side must total 3 points or $45 before Binary Commission is paid.
For detailed commission explanation log in and select MY OFFICE then go to "Weekly Comm Hist." then select desired Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period then select Search.

Notes:
- The system alerts you on AutoShip orders that fail to process.
- Should you wish to change your Visa / Mastercard and your billing address is different from your shipping address, make sure a phone number is filled in under each address otherwise the change will not go through.
- Should the ratio of referring clients (those eligible for commissions) significantly increase, the Binary Commission will be reduced equally for all referring clients but will not go below $10 per point due to the establishment of a Binary Commission monthly limit per SS# or FED ID#.
